Senior Pastor: Rob Dingman
Assistant Pastor: Matt Kottman
Senior Pastor: Rob Dingman

Rob Dingman was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. He met Jesus Christ in 1975. That was his introduction to the Calvary Chapel philosophy of ministry: simple worship, cover-to-cover exposition of the Bible, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. He spent those first years learning as much as he could from his pastor, Wayne Taylor, as well as being introduced to Bible teachers such as Chuck Smith, Gayle Erwin, and Roy Hession.
In 1977 he began playing in various Christian outreach rock bands, eventually playing for seven years in the Robert Case Band. RCB began reaching out beyond their comfort zone, first travelling across the United States (1983) and then to New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines, and Japan (1984). The Lord gave them a greater desire to reach the Japanese through the vehicle of music. He led the band to move to Japan to live and minister for 1988-1989. God called Rob to the ministry of preaching the gospel and teaching the Bible during this time. After the year in Japan RCB ministered six weeks in Germany, Sweden, and Poland.
In 1990 Rob and Joanie moved to Siegen, Germany to assist Nick Long in planting Calvary Chapel Siegen. In 1997 they moved to London to assist Brian Brodersen in planting Calvary Chapel Westminster. Rob began Calvary Chapel Twickenham in April, 2001.
Rob married Joanie in 1986.Their first daughter, Holly, was born while they were in Germany (1996). Katie was born in England (1998).
Assistant Pastor: Matt Kottman - Matt is now Pastor of Calvary Chapel Leatherhead, a church plant of Calvary Chapel Twickenham.

Matt Kottman was born and raised in Southern California. When he was seventeen, He felt the heavy weight of his sin and turned over control of his empty life to Jesus Christ. Shortly after Matt’s conversion, he went to Hungary to preach the gospel to the lost on a two week outreach. It was at this time, that Matt began to pray about going abroad for the sake of the Gospel.
After attending three years at Vanguard University in Orange County, California, Matt moved to Portland, Oregon to be a youth pastor for Calvary Fellowship of Tigard. It was in this church that Matt met and married his wife Dianna (June 1997).
In November of 1997 Matt and Dianna moved to Austria. They served in a supporting role at Christliche Kirche Spittal (Spittal Christian Church) for almost two year. From there they moved to Klagenfurt, Austria where many evangelistic opportunities were laid in Matt’s path. Matt played for a semi-professional American-football team in Klagenfurt which afforded many open doors to share the gospel including an interview on a local television station (KT1) as well as with the Carinthian governor (Joerg Haider). During this time Matt and Dianna began a Bible study mostly attended by athletes, teenagers, and university students, many of whom came to faith in Christ during their time in Klagenfurt. Matt also taught at a missionary training centre in Spittal, Austria during his last four months in Austria. While in Klagenfurt, Dianna gave birth to two of their children (Karissa - May 2001, Bethany - November 2002)
Towards the end of Matt and Dianna’s time in Austria, Rob Dingman invited them to come and serve at Calvary Chapel Twickenham (CCT). In March of 2003 Matt and Dianna arrived in London and began serving the body of believers at Calvary Chapel. Matt's role is assisting pastor, he assists the pastor and the church in fulfilling the church's mission - to teach the Bible and to disciple God's people. Matt currently teaches a weekly Bible study in Ashtead as well as teaching at the Christian Union in two schools.
During Matt and Dianna's time at CCT, they have added two more wonderful children to their family (Josiah - May 2004, Isaiah - May 2006).
