About Calvary Chapel Twickenham
Calvary Chapel Twickenham was planted in Twickenham, South West London in April 2001.
The main work of the ministry is to build up the body of Christ by the consistent teaching of the Bible, book-by-book, chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse. The worship is simple, focusing on exalting the Lord.
The Sunday morning service consists of worship and teaching for the whole family (including children's church). Tuesday evenings give more emphasis on reading and meditating on the Bible and the ministry of the Spirit as we worship and pray. Wednesday night meetings consist of Bible study, prayer and fellowship.
Other work consists of reaching out to youth and university students, teaching at Calvary Chapel Bible College in York, and our radio ministry Line upon Line broadcast on Calvary Chapel Radio.
In April 2007, after 6 years meeting at The Etna Centre, we moved to Whitton School.
